In this week’s love letter, I want you to trust yourself around the concept of getting paid well. I have struggled with this. As clinical providers trained when I was made part of the system, money really had nothing to do with it. I never saw a bill or a billing code in the beginning.
Times changed and I have then gone on to coaching mindsets that get a lot of women looking at their lifetime of experience in a whole new way but, a lot of women healers who are amazing leaders in the clinic still struggle around pricing in my Mind Body Brand Academy. Many of us don’t want to let anyone suffer so we keep prices right for the masses. The issue isn’t our hearts. The issue is we are this enablers. Our desire to offer care only one way has kept us trying to be the fixers of a broken system that does not want to change and we all know how it is trying to help someone that does not see their behaviors as their problem.
Luckily, now is the time to be the change you want to see. The pandemic really showed true colors and so many hospital workers were placed as the escape goats holding up insurance and corporate healthcare greed. Unfortunately, without being open to a tiered optional game of effective care, like group health coaching or an educational program, we will kept our impact smaller.
Seeing your program as a solution
So, in many ways our leadership potential is often so tied to one title and what one time our role was. When we move into CEO, we need to wear many hats but one of them needs to be business owner. We need to get out of the way of the evolution. We can not change AND be too comfortable feeling wealthy in so many ways that fill us up emotionally but still can’t pay the administrative assistant, a great book editor or give more people free or low cost access to our approach. How about aiming for the additional sales teams or staff hirings that will let you focus your energy on what brings in the most joy and effective use of your genius? This is the reason why we get serious about running a more diversified company.

You don’t need to feel comfortable to be in the flow zone. You need to be meeting yourself in the zone of focus that loses time. You need to be meeting people in a success squad minded community that is either going to keep you away from feeling not enough or is going to give you some tough but big love honesty.
It is time for us to match the the courage and progress we have already accomplished by heart with the belly of the beast in successful entrepreneurship—- It is time that the good ones are leading our financial wealth society.
This is leadership and relationship mentality.
